Klout measures influence online using data from social networks. Anywhere a person has an online presence, he or she has the opportunity to influence people by creating or sharing content that inspires actions such as likes, retweets, comments and more. The more engagement posts receive, the more influential the person is. Klout uses this information to determine a Klout Score that measures overall online influence on a scale of 1 to 100.
